Ribbon Shirt Pt 2

I've remade the shirt, and while I'm still not thrilled with it, it fits much better. I think the neckline is cute but it doesn't lay very neatly. The sleeves are also somewhat problematic. They're pleated and no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the pleats to look the same on both sleeves.  My bra straps also show which is annoying and I don't really know how to fix it.

I don't think I'll try making this shirt again.  The ribbon is a pain in the butt and makes it difficult if not near impossible to alter the sleeves without having to make major changes.
